I’ve been really busy lately working on new music, my website, and promotion that I forgot to update the blog.
I just finished up a NEW beat “Thing About You” and it’s now available for
FREE DOWNLOAD or LEASE on my website.
This one contains a really dope soul sample with punchy drums and a hard bass line. I meticulously chopped this sample and i’m really proud of how it turned out. It reminds me of something Kanye West would have used on his College Dropout album.

So I haven’t posted anything in a little while. Hoping to have more time in the near future to keep this updated more regularly.
I just bought a new video camcorder – Canon Vixia HF R20 – and wanted to try it out.
This video shows a quick look into my home studio, the equipment I use to make my beats, and an SNEAK PEAK at a new UNRELEASED sampled beat I’ve been working on.
Been putting in some work lately on some new music. I’ve been working on more composed beats recently, pushing myself to get better on the keys, but my heart is still with sampling.
For all the Hip Hop heads, and especially the lyrical emcees, check one of the new Hip Hop instrumentals uploaded, “Lyrical Massacre”. This would be a dope track for an artist like Elzhi or a similar type artist to spit on. Vocal-heavy sample, slappin’ drums, and a deep ass bass line.
On a more laid back, chill vibe, check the Hip Hop instrumental “I’m Shinin’”. Soulful sample with some added Rhodes piano to give it that little extra.
